The following is an explanation of our Live Arrival Guarantee policy:

  1. Shipment Preparation: a. We take utmost care in packing your isopods to ensure their safety during transit. We use appropriate packaging materials, including insulation and moisture control measures, to create a suitable environment for the Isopods. b. The Isopods are packed in containers that provide ample space, ventilation, and protection from extreme temperatures.

  2. Post Office Pickup: a. Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, we strongly suggest you to pick up the shipment from the post office instead of having it delivered directly to your address. b. This condition ensures that the isopods spend minimal time in transit and reduces the risk of exposure to adverse weather conditions or extended delivery times.

  3. Shipping Schedule: a. We carefully consider the weather conditions and transit times to select the most suitable shipping schedule for your isopods. b. We ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure the isopods have ample time to make it to their destination and don’t spend time sitting in a warehouse.

  4. Live Arrival Guarantee: a. Upon receiving your isopod shipment at the post office, we expect you to inspect the package immediately. b. If you notice any issues with the package or the Isopods upon inspection, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 24 hours of pickup) by providing clear photographs and a detailed description of the problem. c. We may request additional information or evidence to assess the situation. d. In the event of a qualifying issue, such as substantial mortality or severe damage to the Isopods, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund of the affected Isopods.

  5. Exclusions: a. Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays, mishandling by postal workers, or extreme weather conditions. b. If the package is not picked up from the post office, the Live Arrival Guarantee will be voided.
